Just now have a group msn chat with some ladies. Miche & CP said Msau voice look like siao jie! Hahaha..when they said like that, let me think of siao jie in China. Tell you, we shouldn’t call a lady as siao jie in China, else they will use broom to chase you or kick your butt!

Let me tell you a short story how I know about this story.

Hubby went to Guangzhou many years ago. He and his colleagues went to restaurant to take meal, he called the lady waitress to order food: Hi! Siao Jie!

The lady looks at him with her fierce eyes! He got shock and his China colleagues quickly tell him that siao jie in China mean prostitute! On NO, my hubby feel embarrass, he quickly say sorry with the lady!

Phew! Lucky no one kick his butt!

I think my Indian colleague must be thinking I am a professional sewer. She passed me a piece of saree fabric and asks me do a Punjapi suit for her to wear during Deepavali. Hehe…frankly, this is the first time I get to know how the real design of Punjapi suit is.

I asked her to bring her existing cloth for me to use as sample of reference. But I don’t think will sew for her since adult suit need more time and attention. I sub this project to my MIL since she is a good sewer too. My main concern now is I don’t know how much to charge her as I am not familiar with market rate. My colleague ( she sew for office staff too) gives me an indication price and I found her price is much higher than I expected. Ok, I will follow her rates as I don’t want to ruin her existing market price too.

Hubby’s SigSigma assignment doing half way now, hopefully by early next month he can finish all the chapters. Sometimes quite pity him too as he needs to do so many homework before completing this assignment. Hey, people pay him almost RM4K; of course he has to pay extra attention to his work. After all, this assignment have to go through another stage too…..review by the lecturer before obtain the final result. If the reviewer shakes head when he read the assignment, which mean his write up is poor, anytime might be rejected by the reviewer. By that time, for sure he will feel embarrass, that’s why he has to work hard for it!

Our Malaysia’s first Angkasawan Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor is back, after completed his 11-days stint in space. I think the happiest person in the world will be his parents or girlfriend since he had returned safely to Earth on last Sunday.Frankly I cannot remember his name, all I knew is he has a Doctor as gelaran. By the way, I can remember his handsome face very clearly, even in my dream! LOL…true ler, he is such a handsome guy to me. I am sure many of you agreed with me. No?

This time our goament really spent a lot on this project, some of you might strongly disagree with the project, like me but when I watch the live from TV, I feel so proud of him, so does to our country! At that time, I never think of how much they spent lor, only think of : Wow! Our Angkasawan going to “harum” our Malaysia name in the space.
