I have a brother in law who is a property agent and he had been in this field for more than 10 years now. I am surprise that he ask me not to use my extra money for property investing. This is because he foresees property investment will not give me good return in near future. I am not sure how true his statement is. To me, no matter how poor I am, I am own at least one house. I don’t want to always stay in same roof with my parent in law though.

Property prices have rise up tremendously lately. I am quite regret for not buying any of them when I afford for it. as we all know, buying an investment property is not an easy task now. you have to study lots of area before committing yourself into it.

I am sure not many of you like to move house. This is because moving house involve lots of thing, not only cause you exhausted, it also cause you lot of time and money too. I remember when my nephew about move to Australia, he took over a month to do all the packing plus handling. See, he is move from one state to state but not locally. That’s why he needs to do proper planning and scheduling. No choice, he has to move coz his company station him at Australia for 5 years. He ever teased at us that how nice if he can move his whole house breezily without the need to do the packing. Hehe…I think only moving companies able to do, but of course you have to pay quite a handsome of service fee too!

There are too many diet pills or fat burner products in the market now. Will you dare to try it one by one? Frankly I am not. I will only willing to try it once I heard good comment or good example from my close friends. In fact, I had tried out some diet pills product and I can see the effect after taking it too. However once I stop it, my body weight shoot up and back to normal, even though I had tried to control my food diet. I think I should give a try to Fenphedra after I heard from someone that this product can totally burn away the body fat!

To me, everyone who is affordable, should own at least one term life insurance. This is to ensure they got fund to cover their medical bill if they meet emergency case like accident or sudden illness. In fact, I am quite shock that some of my Malay colleague not even bother to own a minimum package of term life insurance for themselves even though they are afford to pay for it. I tell you, if you are an insurance agent; if you able to enter Malay market, I am sure you can make big money from them. Too bad, I am poor in public relation, else I am sure will enroll myself into insurance field and start approaching my Malay and send them my term life insurance quotes and packages.

Hubby brought me, together with the kids to watch CJ 7 last Saturday. The girls enjoy the movie very much though they are not familiar with Cantonese. I try to explain to them while they watch the show, else they cannot catch the story all about.

Hubby had told me many times that he wish to take up PhD course after his MBA is done. He had got his MBA 3 years ago, and now he aims on PhD. I am not totally object his decision however due to his classes will be held one every weekend, then I start feeling unhappy about it. To me, weekend is the only family day for us with the kids. If he will to attend classes over the weekend, that’s mean he’ll have less time to be with the kids.
