Early this year, hubby booked a unit of house near town area. After some price negotiation with property agent, finally we bought the house at our affordable price. The main reason we decided to buy a house is our current financial is stable now, plus we don’t have any other loans in hand. That’s why we afford to bear a new home loan. Also I wish to have a property in hand, just in case anything happen to current house. Then at least I still have a place to go, for example, what if I have a big fight or quarrel with my in laws….LOL

If I will to move into new house, I think I will have big headache. This is because there are so many stuff that belong to me. Keep aside the big wardrobe of my clothing as well as my girls’ clothing; I still have some sewing equipment that must move together with me. Hubby is smart, he already allocated down stair room for me to store all my sewing equipment plus sewing stuff like cloth, zipper, button etc. wow, if I will to list down what should I move, I think I am going to have a long list I tell you. By that time, I may need moving company service like Boston Movers! I wonder how much is their service fee?

Fuel oil price up tremendously couple of months ago. Every one of us making noise, everyone of us complaining short of money. This is because almost every single household item is increasing price, including food too. some of us the pay not even can support the whole expenses for a month. All of us have to be thrifty now, else we may broke soon.

Even though fuel oil price up now but our company’s Car allowance for manager level did got adjust accordingly. So, some of them are not happy with the company policy. They requested my boss to make necessary adjustment but my boss very reluctant to do so. To him, the company did not making money too. The company also facing cash flow problem. As a result, some managers are reluctant go for business trip or outstation now. They will have to use own pocket to subsidy for company business, so they rather stay in office do paper work instead of visiting customer. Well, this is not a healthy sign, hopefully my boss could understand their difficulty too. Life is not easy now, but we still have to live on, just with a simple and thrifty way.

My youngest girl going to celebrate 4 years old this month. I was planning to get some personalized gifts for her since she well behave lately. However I am still indecisive on what to buy for her. When I asked her what her wish list is, she will give me a long list. Haiz….greedy girl. Mummy only afford to buy 1-2 gifts lar.

But today mummy feel a little bit of heart pain coz the stupid TMNET charge me RM96 of streamyx fee. It’s ridiculous! My package only RM44 per month, but they claimed that we over usage. To my record, we never use more than 60 hours in a month. Looks like we got to call their customer service again to fight for the right amount

Hubby jumped this time! Not because he is too excited but the TMNUT bill give him a great jump just now. Usually our monthly streamyx bill is RM44.00 for 60 hours access of internet. We hardly online more than 2 hours in a day, that’s why we choose this package. This month the bill show RM96.00, mean we exceed the 60 hours. But I feel strange coz to my understanding we never online so long throughout the month.

Therefore I called the CS to find out the truth. The lady checked and checked and told me over usage by how many hours. She said exceed by 87 hours!! Wow, that’s a lot to me. How on earth we exceed this amount???

The CS girl asked did we off our modem after usage? I say sometimes no off, just let it be. But she told me that TMNUT will charge us too even u no off the modem. WTF!!! How could this be? As I know as long as we log off from computer, then no fee will incur, even though the modem is ON. Right? But to them, they will still charge you!!! Ridiculous!

Now I am finding way to avoid paying the extra. Can anyone of you help me?
