One of my ex-colleague eagerly looks for new house now. Not bad, at this timing still have people think of changing house. To me, it is too high responsibility when come to big debt. With one house’s debt in hand, my hubby already feel quite stress. Frankly we really dislike being in debt. Cash free is the best. No worry, happy go lucky.

After owning new house, I am sure she will do renovation for some areas, such as kitchen, toilet or bathrooms etc. if I will to renovate my new house, I will look for discount light fixtures for my room as well as the kids’ toilet. I wish to have dim light on during night time. Light fixtures not cheap nowadays, so it is better to wait for sale then only consider to buy them!

One day, while in a lift, it suddenly broke down and it was falling from level 13 in a fast speed. Fortunately, I remembered watching a TV program that taught you must quickly press all the buttons for all the levels. Finally, the lift stopped at the 5th level.

First - Quickly press all the different levels of buttons in the lift.

Second - Hold on tight to the handle (if there is any).

Third - Lean your back and head against the wall forming a straight line.

Fourth - Bend your knees

Reason - When the lift falls, you will not know when it will hit the ground, and it may result in whole body bone fracture.

Point 1 - When the emergency electricity supply is being activated, it will stop the lift from falling further.

Point 2 - It is to support your position and prevent you from falling or getting hurt when you lost your balance.

Point 3 - Leaning against the wall is to use it as a support for your back/spine as protection.

Point 4 - Ligament is a flexible, connective tissue. It can be attached to the bone part of the activities, but limit the scope of their activities in order to avoid injury. Thus, the impact of fractured bones will be minimised from the severe pressure during fall.

Yesterday went to a charity sales at my FIL’s school. There are some stalls offer free medical check up. I saw a stall’s person in charge was taking people’s eye photo and do analysis. I am curious to know more. Therefore I sit there and wait for my turn. After he took my eyes’ picture, he loaded the picture into his pc and tell me my health condition. Amazing, isn’t it?

He showed me the picture and I can see some “lines” around my eye. The stronger line mean the bad condition of my health. Overall my health is ok. He told me my sleeping hour very less. Temper no good, like to threw temper nowadays. Like to eat frying stuff and do work in hurry. I can say 85% is correct. After he told me all these, he start recommended his stuff to me. Hehe…I know, nothing is free in this world. Well, I just listen what he said. I cannot say I am totally dun want to listen right? After all, he had done a fanstastic job just now.

He said he is promoting some herbal type of supplements. Some of them are supplement for health, herbs type of weight loss pills and some slimming products too. Perhaps I will try his supplement products for health in near future. As for his weight loss pills, I need to study and review more first before decide my purchase.

Wow ! I could not believe it! I got star again!! It seem like not long ago I just got it now another time! Yeah, I got start from my believe *boss*!! He must be dotted me a lot…hehehe…

Too bad, I not yet start writing any till now. The main reason was I am really tight up with my sewing order currently. At home, seldom online to do it too. If I am online, I only managed to check my email and reply them as well. Other than sewing, I also need to coach my elder girl’s studies. She is going to sit for mid term exam soon. Need to sit with her to do her revision. She is not automatic type, that’s why need us constantly remind her.

It is weekend now, I think I better settle some of the assignment first. Other wise I don’t think I can complete them on time. Shall I take some Capresso to alert myself tonight? Only with taking coffee, then I only have energy to stay up late. Anyone want to join me tonight?
