Next school break, hub decided to bring the girls to beach again. However we not yet decide which beach yet. Last trip we went to Port Dickson beach and the beach is clean though. We had choose a good spot with lot of shady coconut trees too. I forgot to bring along my sunblock or any lotion too. Lucky it was a very windy and not so sunny day, therefore all of us can really enjoy the beach and the sun too!

Next trip I must take out my check list again, so that I will not forget any to bring stuff, including cheap tanning lotions. Not everyday are lucky day for me, so better be well prepared, else we cannot enjoy the trip.

16/9 is a off day in Malaysia, we are celebrating One Malaysia Day. Lucky it is a public holiday, and my boss granted the off day to us. Usually if it is not a compulsory off day, my boss will not be so kind one. What did I do on this date? Hmmmm….not a productive day though cos the weather is so hot. After lunch, I nap a while but after 20 min I woke up with a heavy head and headache come along. Sigh….

Really cannot stand the hot weather, and I on the aircond in the living room. At the same time ask my girls to play or do homework in living room as well. Then MIL take her nap instead. Therefore 4 of us stay in living room do own thing. What a cooling day with the function of aircond.

Lately I had been writing so much on topic like weight loss pill reviews, I feel like I am expect in consulting people on how to on diet now. LOL

In fact, nowadays many types of weight loss pills are made from herbs type. This is due to consumer awareness that drug usage is no good to our health, therefore they look for herbs as an alternative, which is good also. At least with herbs, the toxic level is not so high, and some even toxic free. I may try it one day though.

Many of friends commented that I look plump these days. I think must be due the good food prepared by my MIL. Lately she loves to try to do new food recipe and let us experience it. Some taste real good whereas some taste so so only. Well, as long as we can eat for free, so just try it and give comments.

Every meals eat such good food also not good cos my weight up without my notice too. I think sooner and later I might need some fat burner supplement to kick away those extra fat! LOL

Possessing a certificate or degree in hand is very important to those who wish to look for high pay vacancy. Nowadays without a certificate or degree, I don’t think you can find a job though. During our old time, we still can do some labour work if without any high level education certificate, but not now. That’s why I always told my cousin and niece to study hard if they wish to look for better future life or even own big car or house. Either research degrees or other degrees also better than you own nothing in your hand.

I am sure you will ensure your children to own either one degree now.

My tummy keep hungry, keep wanting to eat something. Sometimes eat until I also don’t know what to eat now. Hungry feeling no fun at all. If only drink cereal or milk, I will feel puke pulak. Eat bread also cannot daily, else I feel jelak very fast.
