My doctor said my hemoglobin level is very low. He is very worry about it and perscribe me to take lot of ( I mean really a lot) of vitamins and multi-vitamins for me to consume daily. Hmm… I wonder how effective those pills are. Perhaps I should comment this way, his intention is good too. Ok, I will just follow his instruction and take daily. Some of my blogger’s children were encounter with eczema. Therefore they are forbidden to take certain food or dishes. Some of them had tried out so many method yet still cannot cure the eczema. My company did using pest control system all these while. Lately I am using another road route to go home. I noticed one of the big house along the road has 2 sets of life fitness treadmill in their balcony. Wow, it is 2, not 1 you know.

However most of the time, I did not see the owner do the exercise onto those treadmills. What a waste ya. How nice if I can take back one set and put in my compound.

I had been eating a lot lately. Metabolism getting higher and higher too. I have to eat in order to fill up my stomach, other wise, feeling hungry is very suffer for me. Another problem is I like to eat spicy food. I can say I am craving for spicy food now. Hmmm…I know too much spicy food is no good for health. However I just could not resist them. If you will ask me take plain dish, I rather no eat them too. Never mind, just eat whatever I like, then only think of colon cleansers to get rid of my belly fat. LOL
