December month is arriving soon, very soon, I will shop for Christmas gifts for my children. This year I don’t have any ideas on what to buy for them. I should start to shop around by now. When you want to move into new house, I am sure you will do some renovation, either minor or major renovation. My house is renting out now. Hubby said he will do some renovation when the tenant moves out next year. The areas that he is going to do are kitchen, widen the semi store room and add one more window, in order to make it more ventilation, and more bright too. If possible, we may also do the quick step flooring at car porch area. Previous owner had done minor renovation there but it already done for so many years, so it’s time to do again too. if the cost is bearable, then my hubby will just do it.
