AA giving free tickets again

So long my family members did not go for oversea trip. I am so tempted to go each when I see airlines giving away free tickets or attractive promotions. However my hubby does not believe such offer and also he worry very risky if we will to book so advance. Anything can happen within the period. What if anything emergency happen, then we cannot claim back the fund.So it will be a big waste,right?
Sigh…in that case, how am I going to book for myrtle beach vacation rentals? This kind of offer very limited, yet hubby still not allow me to book so early!
