Another friends become pretty now!

One of my ex-classmate just came from United States for her 3 weeks holiday there. I noticed her nose appearance is different from last time. After a short chit chat with her, she told me that she did a minor nose surgery or Rhinoplasty at Chicago rhinoplasty surgery. Now she has high nose and over all her outlook appearance looks more attractive now. Looking at her pretty face, tempted me to try out the rhinoplasty too. too bad, now I don’t have extra cash, else I am sure I will fly to Chicago to do the surgery.
