Next event that my company going to held is participating in a trade show booth in Jakarta. Though the event held on June but our staffs already start doing the necessary arrangement like arranging hotel room, flights, slide review presentation, food and meal, transportation from here to Jakarta etc and etc. frankly it is not an easy job to arrange such event, so many things you have to prepare and take into consideration. Lucky I did not take part into this project; else I think I will be very busy by now.
