Bake cookies

This year I am going to bake 2 types of cookies, peanut cookies and pineapple tarts. Pineapple tarts need more work and time consuming, so I will start doing for peanut cookies first since it is so much easier than any other cookies.
Before marry, I love to bake many types of cookies before Chinese New Year. I can even bake for my uncle and sisters who are no time to do baking during that time. After marry and move to hubby’s house, I seldom bake coz I got no utensil here unless I go back to my mom’s house. After the kids arrival, no need to mention, really cannot squeeze out my time to do baking. So my sisters and aunties will bake for me instead.
I am going to bake together with my kids; hopefully they will not ruin my baking process. LOL
