bake muffin on week day!

I cannot imagine I manage to bake muffin during week day! Yeah, all these while I never do any baking during week day. Too tire after work, so dare not touch anything in the kitchen, let alone baking.
However last night I tried to bake muffin since this muffin no need mixer. Very less steps involved in making muffin, less cleaning too. Wow, my muffin turn out good too. Thanks for the recipe given by Miche.
I will bake more often from now on, so that next day all of us will have muffin as breakfast.
