Baking

Suddenly I have the urge to do some baking this weekend. It is quite some time I did not bake cake, I think more than 3 months by now. my kids love to help me when I am busy for the baking, of course sometimes they will mess up my kitchen. But I will still allow them to help me, else both will scream at me for not allowing them enter the kitchen.
Usually I will bake either banana cake or butter cake. This time I am going to change to another new recipe since I can search for tons of cake recipe over the internet. But i will not select recipe that needs lots of ingredient as I might having problem getting all of them at my place, unless I go to town to hunt for it. Hopefully I will bake “new” cake in this weekend but not repeat for banana or butter cake!
