Previously my big boss seldom calls for meeting but lately he had been changed a lot. If he ever enters office nowadays, he will send me an email to arrange meeting for him. His meeting agenda mainly on how to boost up sales volume or how to get more attention from the export market. Yeah, he more emphasized on export market than local market. This is because revenue from export markets is much more than local market those are in local currency.
Our sales getting slow lately, mainly due to slow moving from customers due to price hike by petrol and oil price globally. Whole markets were affected due to this price hike. Our raw material price up tremendously too. We have to accept it else the raw material might not supply us the material in next 2 months. No choice, we have to increase our products price too, other wise we cannot gain any margin from the sales.
Now, the most important thing is our sales team should build up our products brand name. If they cannot make it, perhaps they can look for Branding Company to help us achieve this target. If your brand name is good and reputable, customers might return to you easily. Everyone having hard time now, hopefully after getting good brand name for our products, our sales can goes up in no time.
