Commercial dishwasher

My uncle opens a food restaurant in Australia lately. His whole family member had migrated to Australia during year end 2007. My uncle has very good experience in food line, he own few restaurant locally before migration. So he now he is trying his lucks abroad.
It is expensive to hire worker in Australia. Moreover it is not easy to hire worker too coz they demand for very high pay. And their pay is count on per hour basis. Since he just started his business, not much profit can gain by now. So he tries to minimize the number of worker in his restaurant. He had bought a commercial dishwasher to wash those plates and spoon instead of hire worker. He had calculated the total cost needed for a commercial dishwasher, and he find that it is still cheaper as compare to if he hire 2 worker to wash those plates and kitchen utensils. He really has business mind. Oh ya, now he has 2 second hand commercial dishwasher in his restaurant. It is more than enough to clean all the plates in the restaurant.
