Cooking oil in market again

Do you believe the cooking oil supply resume normal as reported? I doubt as long as the price difference between subsidize and non subsidize cooking oil remain high. The problem of shortage will continue if there is no proper mechanism strictly control the usage.
As I what learn from the local news paper, seem like the main root cause of the shortage is due to illegal stock up and smuggling at the boarder. What about the misuse of subsidized oil by the industrial user? Such as big restaurant, bakery factory? They are not suppose to buy subsidized oil for their commercial purposes but I still see this type of oil pile up in the kitchen in some big restaurants.
I still believe the main root cause of the problem is come from the industrial user. They will hire people to enter the hypermarket and grab as much as they can once the control relief. I am disagree decision to remove the gate. I will stock up the oil for the coming bad time.
