Danity Kane is an American pop and R&B girl group signed to Bad Boy Records. Members of Danity Kane consist of 5 talented pretty girls Aundrea, Aubrey, Dawn, Shannon and Wanita. These girls not only can sing, they can dance pretty well too! If you are one of their big fans, I am sure you will know their songs very well, just like me. Their self-titled debut studio album was released in 2006 and achieved a great success in the United States. Both songs, “Show Stopper” and “Ride for you” were hit Billboard Hot 100 and have good ranking in year 2006.
Danity Kane’s second studio album, Welcome to the Dollhouse, was released on March 18, 2008 following the release of the lead single “Damaged. It topped the charts on the second-biggest sales week of the year thus far. Their sales are the biggest first week from a female pop or R&B group since Destiny’s Child in 2001.
