Fat, fat..please go away!

Elder girl: mummy, you seem put on weight?
Me : is it? Are you sure?
Elder girl : yes. I can see your tummy protruding! And you don’t have baby right now!
Me : *I am shocked to hear that*
See, that is the sentence said by my 7 years old girl. Previously I will do some exercise before bed. But nowadays due to my laziness, I seldom or rather never do since few months back. No wonder she can spotted my protruding tummy now. Shame on me! looks like I need some exercise equipment like elliptical to help me get rid of the extra fat! LOL
