Fit body

If you want more fit and solid body shape, then you got to do more exercises and control your food intake as well. And all these have to do persistently and continuously. Too bad, I don’t have this patient to exercise all these practice. After back from work already very tire, where got energy to do exercise or work out at home? Usually I will run to my bed right after I finished all my house chores.
Looks like I am a person who need to go for Kettlebell fitness program. This program only need to do 3 times a week; very suit to me coz I don’t have such luxury to do exercises by daily basis. So should I go for it?
