Good financial controller

I am not a good financial control. I will get mess up most of the time. Therefore I would prefer my hubby to do the financial status for our house fund. He is tidier than me I tell you. On the other hand, he is also very good at giving out budgeting advice for those who need this advice. Though his suggestion may not 100% workable but at least can give people some guideline on how to solve or find solution for their personal budgeting.
