I will bring along a bottle of water wherever I go, especially when the girls are tagging along. This is because I don’t want them drinking too much soft drink or can drink which are not healthy at all. Moreover we cannot guarantee that outside water, either plain water or fruit juice are clean and cook thoroughly. I believe all of know that plain water is much healthier than fruit juice as it can wash away our body toxic.

Well, if you wish to avoid the work of cleaning and boiling water at home, perhaps you can try having o premium waters that will be delivered to your home weekly.
