One of the best ways to reduce weight is via healthy diets that contain less fat. I was told we have to take more on protein and fiber, so that it will keep us full all the time. Protein works because compared to carbohydrate and fat, protein takes a longer time to digest.
Fiber helps by absorbing water, and therefore, expanding in your stomach and creating a feeling of fullness. You can search for fiber food in internet easily now.
Whatever it is, I have to cut meat intake and increase vegetables and fruits now.
