Help the company to be debt free

During recent Operation Meeting, I am shock to hear that our company’s business is running at deficit now. And the company also owing some business loans that is for new factory expansion. My boss added that we are not making for the past 3 months, due to this reason, the management on hold our bonus till further notice. So sad to hear this news as all of us are looking forward our year end bonus, so that we can shop for Chinese New Year stuff and other spending.
I wish I am able to provide debt help or debt advice to my company. Too bad I do not have strong financial knowledge that can convince my boss to hear my advices. Even my existing Financial Manager also unable to look for solution to help the company. Let me dig out more articles about debt consolidation loan, hopefully it able to help my boss solve his current business loans.
