I have a house warming party by next weekend coz one of my friends just bought a new house nearby my area. I understand that she had spent a lot of money for her house’s renovation and part of it she paid via credit card. Wow, interest for credit card is not cheap, poor her, have to bear the cost monthly until full settlement. Frankly I still no intention to renovate my existing house due to short of cash at this moment. I will only start my home improvements plan once I afford to do so. I will not get loan from else where to support my house renovation as I’ll feel pressure if own more loan now.

Well, I did tell my hubby that perhaps we can do home improvements portion by portion, so that we no need to pay huge amount at one time. First we can install double glazing windows for our living room first since this of design able to reduce heat in the house as well as easy to maintain. Yeah, both hubby and I prefer maintenance free stuff; we can save time by doing all the cleaning. Ok, got to get more double glazing designs first before I materialized my plan.
