Hubby just confirmed to buy a unit of house at Ozana. We love the housing area, plus we can bargain at a good price. So without thinking much, hubby just booked it. Wow, I am so happy coz finally I had owned a own house. We can make it as villa and can stay during weekend if it is not rent out for others tenant. Though we just bought over the house but we already start planning how to renovate and décor the house. Hubby even plan to fix a good surround sound of Bose home theater at living hall. Hehe..hopefully after paying so much for the renovation cost, he still afford to pay for this home theater set.
