How to move them?

Hubby and I wish to move the 2 girls to another bedroom. They are 5 and 3 years old respectively, it is time to let them have own room. Also, if they have own room, then they can do their homework and revision at their own room too. More quiet and less distraction from us in living room. Once they have own room, then we’ll have to look for kid bedroom furniture for the room.
My only concern is how am I going to clear or empty the second room for them. The spare room or rather call it store room was 80% occupy by MIL’s stuff, including 2 big cupboard there. We hardly can move or threw her stuff as she just LOVE to keep them. If she found out we threw her stuff, she’ll keep nagging and lecture us non-stop. Haiz…..this is the the pro stay together with in-law.
