I have a brother in law who is a property agent and he had been in this field for more than 10 years now. I am surprise that he ask me not to use my extra money for property investing. This is because he foresees property investment will not give me good return in near future. I am not sure how true his statement is. To me, no matter how poor I am, I am own at least one house. I don’t want to always stay in same roof with my parent in law though.

Property prices have rise up tremendously lately. I am quite regret for not buying any of them when I afford for it. as we all know, buying an investment property is not an easy task now. you have to study lots of area before committing yourself into it.
