My new house is under leasehold term, not freehold. Many old folks cannot accept leasehold houses coz to them freehold is the best. However hubby and I have open minded concept, we know we will not live that long, also not intend to invest for our children in future. Let them have their own investment when they are afford in future. Moreover we cannot guarantee that our children will still stay in the house after 20-30 years later. They might complaint the house is too OLD for them. Hahaha….

However there will be another story if we invest in real estate Branson coz this place has higher value in term of return in near future. Too bad, we don’t have so much money right now, so better invest locally instead of invest abroad.
