luggage missing

Many years back, my hubby went for company business trip to Germany. He has a very bad experience for the trip coz the airline lost his Samsonite luggage during transit. I remember at that time, he called up the airline almost everyday just to find out his luggage location. After 11 days, finally the airline told him his luggage safely landed in Singapore Changi Airport. Lucky the airline did compensate some money to my hubby; else for sure he will make a big fuss!
