More parking space please!

My hubby works in a Multi National Companies. His company total workers are more than 4000 people. This amount of workers is too big for me, if I am handling payroll for this MNC company, I think I will half death during salary month. No joke, how to do and how to monitor 4000 staff salary? No wonder his account department has more than 10 account staff, to ease the operation I think.
Ok, another problem with too many staff in one factory is short of parking space for the staff. If you come late, mean you have to park your car far away from your office, and have to walk a long distance then only will reach your work place. The longest time my hubby walked is about 15 minutes. Due to this reason, my hubby have to leave the house early in the morning, so that he can secure himself a nearer parking space for his car, thus reduce his working distance. This sound funny to me.
I told my hubby why not his management Rent a Parking Space that is nearby his factory area, so that majority of his staff able to allocate a parking space for individual car. He told me that his company going to do so, however they are still not agree on the rental part. But he forsee in next 2 month, they will have a bigger parking space. So for time being, he still has to wake up early, and “grab” a parking lot for his old junk! LOL
