We are still considering whether want to invest in new house or not. As you know, once we book a house unit, then we have to loan at least $100K as loan. Hey, that is a big sum of money. We have to plan properly now in order not to suffer later. First we have to ensure that we have a secure job plus fix income that able to pay for the monthly loan repayment. Also not to forget invest in mortgage life insurance, in case anyone of us die unexpectedly, then my children will have sufficient money to settle the mortgages.
