My head is spinning

Last Friday, my head is spinning, feel headache too. Feel like to take a day off. After finish some of the important work, its already 12noon. Our panel doctor go for lunch now, only can see her by 2pm.
About 1.00pm+, told my boss I cannot stay in office anymore, must see dr and take a day off…but its already half day gone….
I was thinking I don’t think am able to drive back to Tangkak after visiting dr. So I plan to rest awhile at OZ, better take the key from hubby first. Hub work place quite near to my panel clinic too.
After my panel prescribe some medicine for me, I ask for MC. But she refuse to give me (KNN) only gave me a time slip which I don’t whether my HR will accept it as MC or not. Whatever lar, if cannot accept, just deduct my one day leave! I don’t mind.
After that I just drove to OZ and sleep!!!
