Natural treatment

I am not sure whether it is due to recent weather frequent changes or hormone changes, I noticed my face have some acne one after another. Sometimes my itchy hand will go and poke them and make my face look ugly. I know I should do this as our hands tend to have some germs that can make the ache worst. Some of my close friends recommend me using natural acne treatment to treat my acne. But I worry the products that their mentioned may not suit me coz different people has different skin type. Perhaps I should try on my skin first before apply to acne area.
