Office supplies

In my office, we use to buy lot of office supplies from various stationery company. This is because some stationery company offers lower price for certain items but some are not. Having few company quotation also good coz we know which item to buy from which company. In other word, we can monitor the cost saving activity too. Among all those office supplies, papers are the most expensive cost in the office. Our staff seems never think twice when they do the report printing. Imagine how many of green trees going to chop down by them just because of their ignorance. Most of the time I will encourage them to use recycle paper if possible. Trying to save the world if possible.
