Some company’s bosses very generous. They willing to pay put bonus and also increment yearly even though their sales is not so high sometimes. But they know, their workers and staff will work harder in coming year if they have all these reward from their company. I salute this kind of management actually. A management that know how to appreciate their staff.
My company is the exceptional one. Bosses are stingy to pay let alone talking about increment lar…..Other than that my bosses also very seldom change office furniture. To them, if the stuff still can use, then just use it. No need to waste so much onto it.
