When you want to move into new house, I am sure you will do some renovation, either minor or major renovation. My house is renting out now. Hubby said he will do some renovation when the tenant moves out next year. The areas that he is going to do are kitchen, widen the semi store room and add one more window, in order to make it more ventilation, and more bright too. If possible, we may also do the quick step flooring at car porch area. Previous owner had done minor renovation there but it already done for so many years, so it’s time to do again too. if the cost is bearable, then my hubby will just do it.
Everyone is talking about iphone and Steve now. Frankly, before Steve departure, I really don’t know this guy. Until one day I saw my fb screen has lot of his photo and message of RIP. Then only know this great and intelligent guy. No doubt this guy really makes lot of useful and priceless technology towards this society. However till now I still yet to own any of his gadgets. I am not afford coz it is too pricey. But many commented it is worth to pay such high price for these useful and high tech gadgets. Perhaps one day I should get one and pamper myself with this gadgets. If I ever own iphone series, I will get myself a nice and cute iphone 3g cases too.
Usually in a big house, I mean really big house; you can see they will hang a big and nice address plaques at their front gate. Some designs are very unique and antique. I wish one day I will have the chance to design my own address plaques for my own house. However my hubby commented that if by chance we afford to stay in big house, why waste time in designing the plaques? To him, we can always get our address plaques from addressplaques.net. My sister in law currently looking for one licensed nurse. Her father in law needs an experience nurse to take care since he is sick now. Normal maid cannot really take care him; therefore a nurse is a must to them now. However at our place here it is quite hard to get licensed nurse because it is a small town here. We also hardly see any Licensed Nurse Jobs being advertised in local newspaper though. The best way to get licensed nurse is go to hospital and get a contact from the nurses there. In this way, I am sure she will able to get soon.
My existing house is old fashion design type. Therefore the sink and toilet bowl are not standard steel material too. Lately I have a thought to change my kitchen and toilet sink to stainless steel sink. I know this will need some money to spend as standard steel material not cheap at all. I share my idea with my hubby and he said he will spend it if his gold can earn money for him. Gold price is getting so high now, how to buy? Unless the price drop a lot lar!
Our new senior manager proposed to do steel rack for the store section. The main reason of his proposal is our cartons are not nicely arranged in store. Every where can find boxes, not organized at all. With steel rack, then he can force the store people to do proper storage and labeling. Not only can ease the production efficiency, also can improve efficiency when there is a shipment to arrange. At first he targets the new building to convert into warehouse but my boss object his idea. He said if that new building can be use as warehouse, then he can convert it into steel buildings whereby he will order lot of steel rack to keep all these stock.
My man only gives me a ring when we are about getting married. Before that he not even think of to give me any gold or silver jewelry. LOL
I think he also never think of when to give a promise ring to me. Why I have such thought? It is because he hardly buys me any surprise gifts or jewelry. He will always ask my opinion before buy me anything. Even though I had hinted him to give me surprise, yet he never had done once to me. *sigh*
Ever since my girls enter primary school, I love to collect coins. It is not my hobby though. Simply because we have to give them pocket money everyday, so it is better to give them coins instead of notes. With coins, they learn how to count when buying something from canteen during recess. Alternatively when they need to buy some stationery from school stationery shop, they also know how to count. My eldest girl learn more faster than the second girl. Sometimes the second girl will count wrongly too. It’s fine for me, as long as they learn it daily, for sure they will master coins calculation soon.
This year I am not sure what to buy for my boss as birthday. Come to think of it, we had bought him almost everything. It seem like he did not lack of anything too. The staff here have the tradition giving him present, so in return he will give us a treat, usually a lunch treat. If at the end still can’t think of anything, then I may suggest buy him cigar again since he is a big fan of cigars. This year we may try the brand of la flor dominicana and we can order online and send to him directly. A good idea though cos so far he never receive anything from online shops. Most of the time we buy and give to him direclty.
I believe every household now will one at least one or two computers in the house. Almost every one of us is into computer technology, especially internet. Am I right? Frankly, people nowadays can’t live without internet too. if you are the person who lazy to go out and do shopping, I am sure you will rely on online shopping and get them send to your house in weekly or monthly basis. LOL
There is pro and cons for relying on internet actually. it depends how we people handle and look into the usage.
