Phone line down

It had been 2 days our office’s phone lines are down. At first internet line also down, but after half day gone, it back to normal again. Phew….
Tuesday night was heavy rain plus some lighting happen, I am sure this is one of the factors that cause this industry area phone line down. Don’t know what’s wrong with the line in this area, once raining, it’ll for sure down for few hours if lucky, else it took more than 1 day like now.
Our HR guy keeps calling Telekom to rectify the faulty line coz my boss is chasing him for doing so. Other wise our customer cannot reach us and will cause us loss business indirectly.
Until today he still called them but the reply really disappointed us. They said the line will only back to normal by Friday, 25/04/08. Wow, that is more than 3 days for them to fix the line. Why? Why? Why? Why they want to take such a long period to fix it? haiz….Malaysia B*leh?? Shit !
