Plan for the future

One of hubby’s friends start an own business on training center. He is inviting him to be his trainer on Six Sigma topic. Of course hubby willing to accept his offer since the rewards quite attractive.
Hubby owns MBA & Six Sigma certificate, he can be lecturer or trainer if he wants. He still thinks of to obtain PhD, as he plans to become MMU lecturer one day. He told me that lecturer working hour quite flexible and he wishes to spend more time for me and the kids. But if taking PhD, it will take lots of his family time (classes during weekend) which I reluctant him to take it. I am very selfish hor!
Perhaps I should sacrifice my weekend for him, let him take the course! Then later part we can enjoy more relax life after he come a lecturer!
