quick trim

Do you know why majority of the models or artists are having nice body figure? Hehehe… I was told most of them are using quick trim products to keep fit and also control food diet as well. Of course need persistent to do and practice. Frankly I am 5 minutes person meaning that I cannot do certain practices consistently. I need someone to remind me, else I am sure I will feel lazy and give up easily too. So, this kind of attitude how to have pretty body shape? LOL
