Reduce extra fat!

During Chinese New Year festive, I had been eating non stop I tell you. Hubby’s parent did not cook lot of dishes but my mom’s house is different. She cooked the dishes that can cater for more than 20 people. And she love to cook full pot of rice even she knew that we will never finish them in a day. The reason is she wants to keep till tomorrow, meaning that everyday we also have rice to eat and cannot eat till the pot empty. Hehe..she is a very traditional type of women!
Btw, I think now I need hoodia to help me reduce some extra fat that I gained during this festive.
