For most driver, I believe they do own roadside assistance plan in order to protect their vehicle as well as themselves in case any road accident happen while driving on the road. However not all roadside assistance plans will pay for towing in hazardous conditions. So you have to read carefully their terms and conditions before confirming your plan. Some hidden clause got to read too, else if anything happen that cause you cannot make any claim, then you will face some lost then.
