Stop smoking , boss!

My boss is a smoker. Even though we have a sign board of NO SMOKING pasted at our front office but he still smoke like no tomorrow in his office room. There is an exhaust fan fixed in his room and he will turn it on once he enters his room. However we still can smell the smoking smell within office area. The worst is sometimes he not even close his office door, so the strong smell will be every where in our office. It’s really irritating us, especially me coz I hate smoker. But what to do, he is our boss. We hinted him few times but he seem cannot remember our suggestion or discipline himself while smoking.
He ever told us that he tried to quit smoking many years ago but fail. This is because he does not have strong persistent in quit his smoking habit. He had tried chewing gum to reduce his smoking desire but fail also. I was told Champix could help in quit smoking. I am so tempted to tell this great news to my boss but I afraid he might not listen to me. ok, I will get my Human Resource executive to talk to him on this medication, hopefully he will try it and give us back the fresh air!
