Tips to remove marker stains

Sometimes my kids like to play with marker pen. It is ok as long as they draw or sketch onto their white board. But sometimes they are very naughty, use marker pen to do body painting at they body, finger nail, or toe. They make my life difficult as I don’t know how to remove those nasty stains.
Today I am free enough, go Google for tips to remove marker stains and I found below stuff able to remove it. I will try it out one day.
1. Hair Spray
2. WD-40
3. Nail Polish Remover
4. Toothpaste
5. Turpentine
