Upgrade my domain package

When I first purchased my domain package, most of my blogger friends shock with the cheap price I get. It is pretty cheap if compare my price to their domain package price. However I am regret signing up with this hosting company coz their server is not stable most of the time. At time I even cannot login into my domain to do posting, it keeps showing error to me. I sent in ticket asked for help but none of the support replied my ticket.
In fact the reason why I want to buy a domain for my blog is, I want to set up an online web store for myself in future. As you can see, nowadays it is very common for business to go for online, a hassle free business too. My intention is to sell my handmade clothing, especially kids clothing online. I can use the shopping cart software from Ashop Commerce to run my ecommerce business. As I know this software very easy to use and no need any professional IT background to assist me to run the software. The best part is we can integrate it with all major banks as well as PayPal.
Ok, let me upgrade my server package first, hopefully by doing so, the hosting company will treat me better service!
