Who want to resign next?

Many colleagues tendered their resignation letter recently. I cannot recall how many has left since the last bonus distributed early Jan 08. today I saw another 2 colleagues were call by the big boss, must be talk about the T & C for them to change their mind.
Hehe…do they know that there are more coming up?
What happen to the recent organization culture? Peoples are so de-motivated to perform their daily duty. Really hard to work with the people who lack of fun at work. I hope the management sense the need to improve the situation.
