Work, work, work

My boss is in United States now. Therefore I am quite free lately, but I still got work from another 2 bosses. Mostly are typing works I tell you. I wonder do they really read those report or not? If yes, why he still asking other colleagues the same questions?
Another issue is I do wonder my GENERAL MANAGER read his email or not. Sometimes I noticed he loves to me question that I already mentioned clearly in my email to him. When I lazy to answer him, I will reply him: go check your email. LOL
