Both my sisters very good in practicing yoga positions. they showed me different types of yoga positions before, however till now I still could not master any of them. Proof that my bones are too hard to do all these positions. LOL
In fact, my sisters already told me the benefit of attending yoga class. Both of them had slim down due to frequent exercises of yoga. That’s why they keep pestering me to attend yoga class after me complaint to them that I had put on weight during Chinese New Year festive.
Last time my excuse for not able to attend yoga and aerobic class is I have to take care my girls. They still small and need lot of attention. But now both are 6 and 4 years old respectively, so I think I will let go and let their daddy take care them while I look for exercise class
